Types of Bone Cancer:

The most common Bone tumor are as follows:

  • Osteosarcoma: It is common primary cancer that affect males between the age of 10 to 25. Older is affected very rare by this tumor. This is generally occure in long bone of the body such as arm’s bone and leg’s bone. It is dangerours and survival rate is less.

  • Ewing’s Sarcoma: It is most dangarous bone cancer and affects young people between the age of 4 to 15. It may be in old people. It is very rare after the age of 30. It is generally occure in the middle of the long bone such as arm’s bone and leg’s bone. It spread to lungs and other parts of the body. Survival ralte is very less in this types of cancer.

  • Chondrosarcoma: It is second most common bone cancerthat generally affect the males after the age of 40. It is very dangerous and developed in cartilage cells (All the joints of bones in our body are covered by tissue. This tissue is called cattilage) It can spred to lungs, lymph nodes and other parts of the body. It is commonly occur in the bone of pelvis and hips. 

  • Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma(MFH): It is common in both male and female between the age of 50 and 60. It affects the soft tissue and muscle.

  • Fibrosarcoma: It is common in the age of 35 to 55 and more common in males than females. It is a rare bone cancer that affects the soft tissue of leg behind knee.

  • Chordoma: It is more common in males than females after the age of 30 years. It is very rare bone cancer that affects the lower or upper enf of spinal column
